We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you have 14 calendar days to return an item (exchange or refund in the form of original payment). It must be unused and in its original box, mailed in an appropriate size shipping box. You can exchange it for an item of the same value. We charge a 25% restocking fee for refunds. Discounted offers DO NOT entitle to refund nor exchange.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours following the delivery date. Please email photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in to so we can notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After a claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced. Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment for the amount of the returned merchandise (not including shipping or service fees).
  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
