About the Yellow Gnome Statue
This gnome statue is a bearded gnome with a cap standing and making the Victory sign with his right arm stretched in front of him. Artist Ottmar Hörl created this gnome statue in multiple colors in 2012. The artist came up with this gnome statue as a response to the regular riots instigated by hooligans after the football games. The gnome pictures a communicative impulse as well as a supporters’ trophy for peaceful interaction.
Our gnome statue is either for indoor or outdoor use and comes with a Hörl Certificate of Authentification engraved at the bottom.

About the V symbol
The V-sign is a hand gesture in which the index and second fingers are raised and parted, while also the remaining fingers are clenched. Generally speaking, the gesture mainly implies a feeling of happiness whether using it palm facing outward or palm facing forward. The sign can just mean two,” such as when ordering. However, in the UK, the gesture with the back of the hand facing the other person is highly uncivil. For instance, considered a V sign, it can also involve meanings of Defiance.” In the US, on the other hand, it refers to Victory”. Additionally, in most of the East Asian countries, the V sign is a famous pose in photographs.
