About the trilogy Bearers of Secrets: See nothing, Hear nothing, Say nothing”
Hörl designed his gnomes See Nothing,”, Hear Nothing,” Say Nothing” in the three different poses (respectively covering their eyes, ears, and mouth). He spoke of a gentle provocation” particularly in the City of Justice. His parade of gnomes arranged in a rectangular form provoked some smiles and discussions. About the Hörl
Ottmar Hörl is a renown German artist, art professor, and writer. His work is famous for its whimsicality and uniqueness, but also tends to spark political controversy, particularly with his colored gnomes.
Accepting an invitation from the Art Fair art Karlsruhe, Professor Ottmar Hörl, President of the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg, presented an installation of 1200 dwarfs titled the Bearers of Secrets: See nothing, Hear nothing, Say nothing”.
